What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently we are offering Three shipping methods : Free Shipping ( Free shipping if seller has specified ) Economy shipping ( Mostly all items to be shipped by this method ) Express Shipping ( for items such as 3D Printers, Bulk Items or Priority Items etc. ) Currently Shipping methods are decided by the respective sellers all over India as per the item description, need and location. You may get to choose from above three methods if options provided by seller.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we don't. Shipping is limited to Nationwide Shipping Inside Indian territory only.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Usually for all economy and free shipping it takes around 6-8 days for Door to door delivery. For Express Shipping 3-4 days

How do I place an Order?

Once you select the item which you want to purchased, just simply add the item to cart. Once you finished shopping, visit cart page and checkout by filling your details.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

It is very important to contact immediately seller or Skybridge customer care team and notify about your cancellation or change or order. Once we received your comment on time before item is shipped than we will cancel your order or change your order. Please Note : Change of order or Cancellation should be done before item is shipped. Once it is shipped you cannot cancel order or you have to go for refund procedure in that case. Item shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your money.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, You need an account for placing order. If you are placing order for the first time than after placing order your account will be created automatically.

How Do I Track My Order?

Log in and than Please Click on this link You will see "TRACK YOUR ORDER " on website. Order ID is important and your Email to see your order tracking details .

How Can I Return a Product?

First you need to contact respective seller regarding your wish to return product and you need to tell your seller about why you are returning product, once seller agree than you may return your producton same seller address by same shipping method. Please note : Regarding return shipping fee, if product is not as described or damaged than shipping charges willl be deducted from seller bank account and if you wish to return because you have an change of wish than shipping charges will be deducted from buyer account and remaining Balance money will be process to you. It takes usually 15 days to receive money on your account after we agree to process.
